Interns – Security R&D

I have the luxury of working at the local community college and while there I have met, and begun mentoring some great young minds. While they are still new to the information security environment they are full of ambition and drive to continuously learn. So, as a good mentor, I am opening up my site for them to use and feeding them security projects to work on. In the coming months, with their help, you will be seeing some new updates from the Pwnpack and DuckSauce – and perhaps some new projects, too early to announce. As part of our working relationship, I have also opened up my site for them to use as a blogging platform, thus giving them some nice reference materials as they progress further in their security profession. I suggested that they research interesting security information and blog about it, but I also didn’t just limit it to that – I have told them that as long as it is security related I will allow it (didn’t want to confine them too much). With this, I have to share a little disclaimer – the information they post is their view points only and does not necessarily represent mine or that of RGS Specialists.
